However, your bank or e-wallet provider (such as GCash or PayMaya) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jl37's control. jl37 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
jl37 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your jl37 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

Upon receiving your closure request, jl37 will process any remaining balance in your account to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jl37, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jl37 also cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.
jl37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl37 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jl37 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the jl37 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using jl37 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
